Reclaiming your Identity
A show dedicated to productivity & wellness, ‘Reclaiming your Identity’ is an extension of my quest to show you how to break through your subconscious mental blocks, & to help you appreciate the importance of your own self-development. I’ll share my tips to help you gain clarity, own your vulnerabilities, be courageous & take action. As an authentically vulnerable person, I share both my own- & other people’s stories of resilience & triumph, & I’ll explain to you how it feels to really get things done. Working as an Identity Coach & Psychologist in the UK, I’m now seeing the horrific aftermath of the 2020 Pandemic, & the severe decline of male & female mental health. This is the result of a disconnection from reality, from identity, from life. Close your eyes & take a minute to think about how you are really feeling inside. How much has the pandemic changed you, & is this for better, or for worse? Now, open your eyes & begin to make the changes you know that you need to do. Join me eve...
